KYC Policy

This Know Your Customer Policy explains how identity and account information may be collected, reviewed and updated. It also describes the checks used to support fraud prevention, account security, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing procedures.
By registering, submitting documents or using the platform, you agree to the procedures described in this Policy.

1. Why KYC Checks Are Required

KYC procedures may be used to:

  • Confirm the identity of an account holder
  • Check who owns or controls an account
  • Reduce fraud and identity misuse

  • Protect customers, payment providers and platform operations

Verification may be required before certain account features become available. Additional checks may also take place while an account remains active.

5. How Verification Works

5.1 Account Information

You provide the requested personal or business details during registration.

5.2 Document Submission

Identity and supporting documents are submitted through the available verification channel.

5.3 Document Review

The information may be checked for validity, readability, authenticity and consistency with the account details.

5.4 Screening

Customer details may be checked against relevant sanctions, politically exposed person and financial crime databases.

5.5 Additional Requests

More information may be required when documents are expired, unclear, incomplete or inconsistent.

5.6 Review Outcome

An account may be approved, limited, declined or placed under further review depending on the information available.

Processing times vary. Reviews may take longer when manual checks or additional documents are required.

6. Politically Exposed Persons

A politically exposed person, or PEP, is someone who holds or has held a prominent public position. The definition may also include certain family members and close associates.

PEP status does not automatically prevent account registration. It may lead to:

  • Additional identity checks
  • Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth requests
  • Senior account review
  • More frequent monitoring
  • Requests for updated information

These checks may also apply after a person’s public role has ended.

7. Additional Due Diligence

More detailed checks may be applied when an account or transaction presents a higher level of risk.

This may include situations involving:

  • Large or unusual transactions
  • Complex business ownership
  • Higher-risk countries or regions
  • Politically exposed persons
  • Information that cannot be confirmed
  • Activity that differs from the expected account use
  • Third-party payment attempts
  • Unclear sources of funds
  • Relevant adverse information

Additional due diligence may continue while the account remains active.

8. Ongoing Account Reviews

KYC checks may continue after an account has been opened.

Account reviews may consider:

  • Deposit and withdrawal activity
  • Transaction value and frequency
  • Changes in account behaviour
  • Payment methods
  • Changes to personal or business information
  • Login and access patterns
  • Sanctions and screening results
  • Activity that does not match the customer profile

Customers may be asked to update documents or explain account activity at any time.

9. Deposits and Withdrawals

Funding activity may be subject to identity, ownership and compliance checks.

The platform may require that:

  • Deposits come from a payment method in the customer’s name
  • Withdrawals return to the original funding source where possible
  • Payment ownership is confirmed
  • Additional documents are provided
  • KYC information is updated before processing
  • A transaction is held while checks are completed
  • Third-party payments are rejected or returned

These checks are intended to reduce unauthorised transactions and payment misuse.

10. Account Restrictions

An account may be limited, suspended or closed when:

  • Verification is not completed
  • Required documents are not provided
  • Account information cannot be confirmed
  • Documents appear false, altered or misleading
  • The account is used by an unauthorised person
  • Activity appears unusual or inconsistent
  • Sanctions or legal restrictions apply
  • Required compliance checks cannot be completed

Restrictions may affect deposits, withdrawals, trading access or account administration.

Where required or permitted by law, relevant activity may be reported to the appropriate authority.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting valid and readable documents
  • Responding to verification requests
  • Keeping contact and account details current
  • Reporting changes to a name, address, nationality or ownership structure
  • Using payment methods they are authorised to use
  • Submitting only their own documents or authorised company documents
  • Cooperating with account and payment reviews
  • Keeping login and verification details private

False information or attempts to avoid verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

12. Personal Data and Verification Providers

KYC information is handled in line with the applicable Privacy Policy and data-protection requirements.

Measures may include:

  • Restricted access to verification documents
  • Protected document transmission
  • Controlled internal handling
  • Security reviews of verification systems
  • Storage for required legal or operational periods
  • Disclosure only where permitted or required

Approved third-party providers may be used to support identity checks, document verification, screening or fraud prevention.

KYC information is not collected for unrelated marketing purposes.

13. Record Retention

Verification documents, account information and compliance records may be retained after an account is closed.

Retention may be required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. The retention period can vary according to the record type and applicable requirements.

14. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated when:

  • Verification procedures change
  • New services or payment methods are introduced
  • Financial crime risks develop
  • Legal or regulatory requirements change
  • Account or payment processes are revised

The current version will be published on this page.
